Private Yoga Sessions
These one-on-one sessions offer a personalized and therapeutic approach to yoga, guided by your body, your needs, and your current life context.
Each session is shaped around what is actually present—whether that’s pain, stiffness, fatigue, recovery from injury, emotional overwhelm, or a desire to deepen awareness and sensitivity in practice. Through mindful movement, breath, rest, and precise hands-on guidance (when appropriate), we work slowly and attentively rather than pushing toward fixed forms.


Private sessions are especially supportive if you:
Are recovering from injury or working with chronic tension or pain
Feel overwhelmed or disconnected in group settings
Want to build a sustainable, personal practice
Are new to yoga and want clear, patient guidance
Are experienced and wish to refine alignment, awareness, and subtlety
Location:
In-person sessions are offered based on location and availability. Sessions may take place in a studio, at your home, or in a quiet shared space, depending on where I am teaching at the time.
Sessions adapt to you—not the other way around
Session length: 60–90 minutes
Frequency: One-time or ongoing
Experience level: Open to all bodies and levels
